Crowns & Bridges
A crown is a “cap” or full coverage restoration of a tooth that has a root canal, a crack, or little sound tooth structure remaining. Crowns can provide decades of service by strengthen a tooth allowing it to be retained in the mouth.
A bridge is a "fixed" (i.e. cemented, not removable) replacement of one or more missing teeth. A bridge doesn't have to be removed nightly and is cleaned like other teeth.
