Financial Policy

If you have no insurance:

Payment is due as services are rendered.  For multi-visit services such as dentures or crowns, half of the fee is due when the impression is taken, and the balance of the fee is due on final delivery.

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard, Care Credit and Discover.  And cash, I guess.

If you have insurance:

We will file your insurance claim.  We are now "in-network" for Delta Dental, BlueCross Blue Shield, and MetLife.

Bring your insurance card.  If your spouse or parent is the insured employee, you need that person’s date-of-birth and Social Security number.

At your first visit we will get a break down of your insurance benefits so you understand what your out-of-pocket expense will be.

Payment of deductible and coinsurance is due at the time of service.

Insurance can get complicated!  Patty will help you figure out the nitty-gritty details so you can get your dental work done and avoid unpleasant surprises.

If you have Medicaid or Health Choice:

Bring your Medicaid card and picture identification.  Patients over age 21 pay $3.00 for each visit.

Bring your NC Health Choice card. Some patients pay $5.00 per visit as determined by the Dept. of Social Services.
